Caller claimed to be from Sky and that I was due both a new viewing card and a refund. I rang Sky back using the official number on their website and they advised that there was no record of any outbound call about either issue and that according to my account notes, neither was due. Would suggest ignoring this call and calling back Sky using a number from their website.
This number and an identical one ending in 4 keep ringing but never leave a message and sometimes only ring for 5 seconds so no time to pick up. I've blocked them now.
