Called my ill mother and scared the living daylights out of her telling her that there was an arrest warrant for her for evading taxes. Claimed that they were HMRC tax office. Even after i spoke to them and it was established that we all knew it was a scam attempt, they continued to try to convince us they were legitimate. Smfh if i got my hands on them, pretty sure there d be a real arrest warrant out for me. Avoid these basterds.
Honestly? God knows who this was. Australian/Oceanic accent. When it picked up without dialing and sounded like it went through some kind of weird loop, I put the phone straight...

SCAM / SPAM Very poor english. Said they were from EON and needed to renew our contract (that we dont have). Asked for Mrs Evan's. Clearly had no idea who they were talking to. Could hear shouting in the background. Do not give them any information.
