This number rang twice in quick succession only letting it ring 2-3 before stopping.....therefore treated as spam

Missed call. Seems like a premium rate number. No-one should call back. My daughters friend has called back to similar number and has had texts costing HER up to £3 a time several times a day! Her phone bill was over £100.
