SCAM - multiple landline calls from 'Bournemouth' numbers 01202 1373xx with this one the latest. Not answering hasn't lessened rate of calls. Silent pick-ups result in silent dial auto hang-ups. This time I ask "what?!" for it to connect me to 'Matthew' who is 'returning a call' regards govt funded insulation... Hung up on him there (I knew what was coming anyway after other reviews for these energy/insulation scammers). Next time I will answer but then leave phone off hook for him to canc
