insurance call centre - another frustrating unsolicited call on my mobile - I m not interested - so I ve blocked them!

If one has the time available much fun can be had by engaging with these people, keeping them chatting and feeding them lies. After which, just block the number.

Answered and it disconnected immediately.

Been called a number of times by this number,I do not answer it, then 8p is deducted from my Tesco payg account as status is shown as opened,think it is a scam.

This number is being used by people who purport to have spoken to you and insist that you have participated in an advertising campaign on this occasion it was to do with police and schools. Completely untrue so please beware. When quizzed they put the phone down

Guy called and could hardly speak English. Just keep asking him to repeat himself until he hung up. If you keep asking these people questions back they always hang up.

Calling eldery people not giving what company/department they are from must be a scam.

From background noise it was a call centre, but after a short time they hung up without speaking.

Yet another spoofed mobile number call to my landline. They always have my name. How do they get my details. Invariably Asian sounding callers, beginning to suspect a problem at BT!
