I asked why BY was calling because I am with another service provider. He said if I didn t let him log on my PC would close down and be permenantly damaged. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19042110xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with robocalls, fake wins, robo surveys. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Claims to be from HMRC. A text-to-speech program tell you, your name has been linked to fraudulent activity. If you don't press 1 on the keypad you will be fined and charged immediately. They of course don't actually know your name. When you press 1 an American accented person tells you to hold on the line, then some terrible classical music starts to play whilst you're on hold. I didn't wait very long until I hung up. I lasted 4 minutes until I decided it was possibly fraudulent itself.
