Have been having a rash of calls in our local area from people calling claiming to be from various 'car insurance ' or 'legal service' firms saying 'you were in an accident' asking about wanting to claim for damages. They come from various numbers in different towns - Goole, Machynlleth, Peterhead, Thurso, Merthyr Tydfil,Yeovil, Strathy,Manchester (4x), Leeds and more - this is just off my phone. have just answered a call to my mobile from this number - female caller asked for me by name and said that she was phoning from Crystal Solutions regarding debt. She went on to ask if I had any debts or money worries. She had a foreign accent, although I couldnt decide if it was american, caribbean or asian, and due to the noisy background it was very difficult to make out exactly what she was saying. I then kept asking her where she was phoning from, which part of the country, and her reply was 'the UK'! S
