This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. Claiming to be novuna finance Company they have managed to scam my daughter in law and son out of £329 saying they had to pay this for credit check and insurance it's only till they asked them to send £150 via an argos gift card they realised it's a scam and now they have lost all their money I spoke to novuna finance the ligit company while they was on phone and they said it was a scam and with that the scammer hung up and now can't get hold of them
