They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. Got a missed call from this no just after a scam call , it wasnt a known no to me and did not try to call back. Did not get any more call from this since then so not sure but definitely suspicious

You can use Truecaller to block calls. You will get notification that the number tried to call but when blocked it doesn t actually ring so you are not disturbed. You can pay by setting up direct debit and then cancel so not automatically taken following year. Don t take renewal quote...go on to AA site and get quote. Will be lower than renewal. Some organisations ie NHS get discount. Be smart. Play them at their own game.
