This has just happened to me £20.50 and £21.25 taken. bank has blocked them and Fraud investigation pending.

Caller purported as acting as 3rd party for a Finance Company which I have just used (so far so good). Wasn t happy when started to ask for relatively minor details (address/post code) so caller advised not prepared to discuss further. Not content with my perspective of "This is unsolicited, from a number I don t recognise, and you ve advised you are as acting as a 3rd party" tried to push on. This number called and woke me up at 7.20am this morning. No one there when I answered. I was not happy to be woken up so early as I'm ill.

This is a company called utilita marketing. If you ring them back they give you the option to opt out of all calls from them.

Called twice a day for last week....I answered this time and asked caller why he had not left message on answer machine as he was obviously needing to speak to me...he promptly hung up.
