Seem to be using at least 4 different numbers but all the same company. When they do speak it's to talk about trying to get social landlord to do repairs on your property, but I suspect that's just their latest scam. Same person has then tried calling back next day from a different number as I blocked the first one, each time I block I get called from a new one. Now when one calls and I answer they hang up.
Called saying from o2 never asked for any of my personal details but sent me a one time pass code kept me on the line for quite some time offering me discount on my bill plus free upgrade. When call ended contacted o2 and was informed that the one time pass code is what they use to lock me out of the account and gives them the access to use my account

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. I think this might actually be a valid Co-op number. I say that because: 1. I tried to make some credit-card payments while abroad, but they were declined. 2. This number called my mother to check the payments. 3. When my mother confirmed with them that the payment attempts were valid, my card started working again! But I cannot 100% confirm. My mother actually received three calls over the weekend. Sadly this number is not shown on the Co-op website. So it's difficult to verify.
I was always communicating via email. So last week I found out my package arrived at a post office in another town. When I called with tracking number I was told it was not registered under my name. I called today and sent a email but have not received any responses. Any suggestions?
