This would appear to be a scam as apparently called by banks fraud department But why would the bank be calling from Germany

Indian accent, claiming to be from O2 offering 30% discount on your plan. They try to trick you by submitting a 'forgotten password' command onto your account. You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code. They try to convince you that's the 'discount activation code' and ask you to give it to them, presumably to hack your account while on the phone to you. Do not give them anything! Fraud

Automated message. Pretended to be from Bank Security that an amount had been paid to Amazon and an overseas transfer had been made.

I just received the call from this number seems suspicious as was asking my card details. Claimed he is Saudi Hajj ministry representative and wants to refund some money which will come in 45 working days. He was trying to convince me it is against the complaint I made. I didn't made any complaint myself

Called to say from MBNA and that there was a problem with the account. Indian (asian) voice. Wife was very rude to him. The number that came up was the same as the MBNA help line number with extra 2 added at the end. Called MBNA - very helpful - no they had not contacted us. MBNA say they always text before ringing and only speak to main account holder.

This number is DANGEROUS! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

The callers from this number are scammers. They called claiming to be 3 Mobile and wanted me to upgrade to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. When I asked the idiot to email me the offer to review, they asked me for my email address and if they were really 3 Mobile they would already have it in their records. Automated message saying Amazon Prime membership has ended and you can reactivate by calling and paying £25. I don't have Amazon prime so this is a fraudulent caller.

Claiming to be EE feedback call for my mobile. Epic fail on so many levels not least their shitty VOIP. OFCOM need to shut down the routes used by fraudsters not leave it to sites such as this to highlight their scams.

SCAM - caller claimed to be from British Gas wanting to book me in for a boiler service. She didn't ask for anyone here by name so I didn't engage, just ended the call & blocked the number. I rang British Gas using the genuine number from their website - they confirmed that no-one's called me today.

This is a some sort of prank number. They do not speak then drop the call. Please arrest them and bring them to the nearest police station for questioning.
