Had a call from this number it saying it's safe but I don't think it is as the person was foreign and I couldn't understand what they were saying as they were not speaking English you need to look into it in more details
First the person calling me call me by my nickname instead of my full name which is already strange And then he attempted to say something about the financial markets but I hanged up immediately Do not answer this number

But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. Safe number I missed the call but I believe it was the NHS. After looking at the stats on this and other sites, I decided to ring the number back. The automatic answer mentioned the NHS website and the initials of a local healthboard. For me it was a callback from 111.

Difficult to understand but being charged twice for unknown reasons but suspicious transactions. Looked up the number online and it seemed to be from Bangalore.
