PRANKDIAL.COM. It is not from an app, but a website. Hence why it is always the same number. It is someone you know who is putting your number in and they can hear your conversation with the machine!!! I had this done to me this morning. The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.
