Called at11:54 today, March 3rd, 2023. Recorded message claimed they were alerting me to a security issue at my bank. Obvious and very amateurish attempted scam. I hung up
Heavy, thick Indian accent claiming to be "David" with the noise of a crowded call centre in the background. The usual BS of a tacky scammer. Keeps phoning back despite my not answering.

I was called from this number by a woman asking to speak to somebody who wasn`t me. The name she asked for is the same as I`ve had on other scam calls. This is a dangerous number.

They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent. I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.

Called me but doesn’t connect
01202627797 called today. It was automated and said they were from Visa fraud team. They were holding a payment of £800 (and something) pounds which was a suspicious payment on a gambling site in America. I was told to press 1 if this wasn't me and to be connected to the fraud team. Obviously I just hung up, searched the number which didn't come up with anything, I checked my bank accounts and rang the bank's fraud number. As I thought, it was a scam.
