Claiming to be novuna finance Company they have managed to scam my daughter in law and son out of £329 saying they had to pay this for credit check and insurance it's only till they asked them to send £150 via an argos gift card they realised it's a scam and now they have lost all their money I spoke to novuna finance the ligit company while they was on phone and they said it was a scam and with that the scammer hung up and now can't get hold of them
Far Eastern accent, and as soon as I asked him to repeat who he said he was calling from, he hung up. I dialled the number with the prefix 141, but it did not ring out. Clearly a SCAM. Unusually for me, I then dialled the number without the prefix, and that also did not ring at all, even thoigh I had checked that my line was open. AVOID

Definite scam. Claimed (falsely) to be Harry from Carphonewarehous3 in London calling because "we have a special offer on new phones today". I live in Scotland, he's calling from London claiming to be a big phone store. They would never ring me like that, nor you either. How could he have got my number legitimately? Number shown was a 01189 local number so i picked it up. No answer and the it hung up. Dialed 01471 to retieve number but, it actually was 018731006? meaning this was a scam caller.

Fraud They claimed to be from RBS bank and had access to all Personal banking information, personal information and could see me using the banking app whilst they were on te phone. They then asked for a payment of £201.56 to be made to ‘Mary Monco’ and at that point I knew it was fraudulent. Reported to RBS and they confirmed it wasn’t them
