Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17845128xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with car accident, injury claims, PPI. I got a call from this number today and it s *DEFINITELY* a scam that s cynically intended to mess up your PC and then charge you on your credit card to fix a problem which didn t exist in the first place.
