Offer service then claimed to be costing me money. Started pretending to speak an Asian language and then claimed to be taking £2.50 from me per minute I was on the phone.
this claimed my amazon account had paid out £300 and another payment of £1100 had been taken from my account This had been sent to me earlier in the year as I assumed this was a scam.

Mr Peter Johnson (Foreign Accent) Rang me and told me that my internet connection was slow. If i logged onto a site it could help speed it up. He was from BT Techical Help.
