Foreign person claiming to be speaking on behalf of a BT associated 'firm'. Poor line so couldn't make out exactly what he was saying. Seemed to want info about my phone number, though. Possible scam?

PREDATOR: called up a under 16 female asking inappropriate questions making weird noises down the phone asked where she lived what she was wearing, if she had any knickers on. Absolutely vile human being. This has been reported to the police.

I'm getting calls on a daily basis. I never answer and always block however, each call is a slightly different number. I've even had 3 different numbers ring me within one minute as if someone is desperately trying to get hold of me!! Don't fall for that one! If you don't know the number and it's important they will leave a message,if they don't it's not important is it? I did have one message left one day there was just a load of swearing going on in the background then it cut off.consider them Dangerous!

Said it was a return number to contact PayPal on a suspicious email. It is not the number for PayPal given on their website. The number on their website is a landline number not a mobile number.

A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. Received call from 01514530876, Liverpool number, I did not recognise so didn’t answer, immediately after letting it ring off got a call from 01233542584, Ashford number, which stopped within a second of calling, seems like a spam dialer.
