Got a call from this number this morning. Allegedly from my Bank. It’s a scam do not respond.

Fraud - FRAUD - people calling to swap you from your provider to 'vodafone' giving a great deal. Almost fell for it too!!

SCAM Claimed to be from the post office about a package that had insufficient postage. When I asked for a name and number to call back on they hung up.

Was an answerphone recording telling me I owed money to the Tax office. I blocked the number as I'm sure HMRC don't use mobile phones to make calls, and will find a conventional method of contacting me rather than a dodgy auto service.

Claiming to be from HMRC but with an automated American accent.

SCAM - requested payment for delivery of order for an "EVRi" parcel, that I hadn't ordered. Scam!!

spam call pretenting to be a IT recruiter looking for contracting job. Does not leave you by if you let the person know that you are not interested or you dont know about the information they ask. Too invasive and prying to know more contacts in your firm. Stay away.

Robotic voice, started to say something about ignoring this message and a Magistrate; put phone down immeately and did a search on the number. Looks like a nasty scam?

Repeatedly called claiming to be from Microsoft and that my computer had been hacked. Male caller became almost hysterical when I said I judged he was a scammer. An unpleasant experience.

SCAM. FRAUD. Be very alert. When asked what CITY they are in, they said Merseyside in St Helens. I had no idea 0161 belongs to that area. Always thought it belongs to the Manchester District.

I was tricked by this number online fraud travel agency for paying them online tickets money , which obviously i never recieved , waited for 24hrs to get etickets ,they said u can claim a refund because airline is not providing tickets For refund to my same card they asked me a passcode which i told them and they said to wait and when i opened app more of money was gone instead of recieving it back.... Voicemail received from a Cardiff number claiming to be a new neighbour & asking for help (I live in North East England). Interesting that the same number has been searched over 100 times... Very suspicious - did not return call

Over a three week period I’ve received a number of text messages from this number claiming to be Legal & General. Apparently they would like to speak to me regarding my life insurance. My life cover is provided by another company.

Noted number and called back through different phone. Sounded like a recorded message from the network provider indicating a terms of service issue and potential out of country routing. Highly dubious. Do not answer.

Maria Wilson from BT Openreach, telling me my IP address has changed from private to public. Very insistent that I was in high danger. Told me she was calling from Hammersmith, London - on a Cardiff number?? Obviously a scam, knew that from the word go but kept stringing her along for 10 mins before I put the phone down on her.

Fraud - Asian call centre - saying suspicious activity had been found on my Virgin media broadband.

Scam trying to get money using a dead persons name and telephone number , heavy Indian accent didn’t sound professional but a week ago this same person rang about timeshare compensation , both times he asked for my husband by name , this time it was a debt my husband supposedly owed , B shit , but blocked both numbers and going to report to action fraud .

Text to say mum run out of battery and I’m using my friend phone call me on my new number

recorded message falsely saying my credit card had been charged.

I didn't recognise the number so didn't answer but they didn't leave any message on my answerphone. As it was a number local to me I called it back but BT said the number wasn't recognised so looks like a scammer

Scam call, Amazon Prime Scam call, your Amazon prime account has expired, if you reply we will steal money from your account. Pre-recorded announcement, no brains some people.

Says they are from O2 and told me that I am getting a massive discount on my contract as I've been with them for so long. The funny thing is, I'm not even with O2 and as soon as I pointed this out (while laughing) they immediately hung up.
