I believe the email I received regarding a BT bill is a scam like several previous ones as the address is not a BT one. This is the phone number quoted in the email.

SCAM Scammer's phone used to implement a rental scam via airbnb or tripadvisor. Be aware! Do not chat with this person, do not provide any personal information and do not make any payments to what seems to be a legitimate booking through airbnb, tripadvisor or any other service.
SCAM. 019532360947 caiied my landline at 10.20am today. Voice told me that my bank card had been used for purchases from AMAZON. That however just now is impossible! Voice gave me the option to dial 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to an advisor. Used my initiative and cancelled the call. This call was a SCAM phishin for my Bank Details. SCAM they purported to be from Three network and said that as a valued customer I could receive s reduction on my monthly payment. I gave them my name, dob and address as they requested it to confirm their details. I became suspicious when they asked for my bank sort code and account no so they could amend the direct debit. I refused to give this and they hung up. I have contacted Three and no one has phoned me, they don't phone customers
