Just received a call. When I answered, a beeped sounded, an automatic voice said "goodbye" and the connection ended. I called back straightaway and a woman, struggling to speak English, answered, telling me she was from HMRC. She asked me to verify who I was. I replied "you called me, you should know who I am". Text received supposedly from Royal Mail saying I needed to pay fees of £2.99 for a parcel to be delivered or else it would be returned to sender.
