Silent call Missed call SPAM I was called by this number around 30minutes after a different +44, it is not actually the local number calling, potentially a spam/scam as usually once the number is searched online. A legit company is linked to the full number I.e (0)122 etc but it's displaying at +44. Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?
