Somebody call my mobile asked my name wouldn't reply and then finished the call - will block this!!!

Scouse lad calling from a motor accident claim company, asking if I d been in an accident recently. Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that). Surprisingly the advisor actually offered to take my number off their database (whether they will or not is another matter).

Or possibly someone whose contacts list is out of date, if you haven t had your number very long?

called by this number this morning - call centre noise in background - caller asked for me by name - i asked him where they got my number he said they work in conjunction with the motor insurance board re accidents - when I said I hadn t had an accident he hung up

Absolutely no idea who this is but I ve had about 20 calls in just a few days! I blocked the number after the first couple of calls but still they call despite being immediately rejected by my phone.

I was called several times from this number asking if I ve been involved in an accident that wasn t my fault. Which, no. I ve not.
