just asking me to confirm my address, after i said i wish not to disclose this they mentioned that the debt will stay outstanding, i asked what debt this is they wouldnt tell me unless i confirmed my address, im pretty certain i have no outstanding debt. i guess its just a cold calling companyu.

I suspect it s a general telemarketing call centre instructed by various companies to tout business. They keep calling. I ve just blocked the number.
