Received a call from this number this afternoon. Chap with a Scottish accent. Claimed to be from Invest Scotland and then stated that according to their records I had had cavity wall/loft insulation carried out in the last few years and also had windows that were more than 10 years old. Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider". I asked her which one, she took a stab at EDF (wrong), so I told her to do her homework better and put the phone down again. I checked the phone number and it was the same both times 02031295
