They say acting on behalf of credit card company,selling you a type of PPI or book of vouchers for about £7 a month,utter worthless nothing you normally buy.The discount offered is nothing you cannot get by asking supplier direct

Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.

Someone from this number got through to my answering machine but didn t speak. Call centre noises in the background though.

this indian arsehole just took all my account details and address details hung up the phone and now its unavailable, for fucks sake.

Also, it s 0345 600 6423, not 0345 6000 6423.

Attempted scam. Fake number, been called several times. "I am calling from BT, there is a problem with your Broadband Line". Do not talk to them, do not let them access your PCs.

I've had two calls from Burnside Plant which I didn't answer, using this number and a different number and hour later. No idea who they are or what they could possibly want. Sounds dodgy. I'm in Scotland.

Had my 8th call from these people today. am on TPS. I pointed out that I had asked for my number to be removed from their list on the first call. Asked for details so that I could take action against them. The caller Katherine said she didn t like being shouted at and hung up. Have made a complaint to the TPS
