Call almost daily over the last few months. Pretend to want to help me fix my computer - if I log on while they are on the phone to me. Very dodgy.
Yet another company that has somehow got my number and said i was involved in an accident. These scumbag companies should be banned, if i was in an accident, i would seek out a company to help, not wait for them to find me.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund. She looked up my details and said someone will call me tomorrow in office hours. She sounded pleasant - so - watch this space!!
