Had a call today asking for my husband who passed away in may, he said oh yes I remember when we spoke he was ill, then said it was me that had been in touch with them regarding new windows, told him no as I already have new ones and I have a local builder that does anything I want done. Sorry real scumbags...........
SCAM Called our business stating Visa Verification services and we had 2 transactions one for Amazon for £300.00 and 1 for Western Union for £1100.00 then asked me to press 1. Be careful out there and put the phone down and report the number.

Fed up of this number calling me already rang twice today will not answer it.
This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! Fraud - message left by them was read by a computerised male American voice that said I had to call the local city hall urgently. Not sure why. However phone number is very similar to (0)20 3991 2845 which is a Fraud HMRC call.
Scammers have found yet another number to use. This one told me that the cover on my washing machine had expired - I have no such insurance, warranty or guarantee. Caller had my name and address despite being registered with TPS. Another crook and clearly a scam.

I had a call from this number and when I answered the line went dead
Insulation "I'm your local energy consultant," he starts. I let him ramble on for a few minutes and then told him that I wasn't interested. Immediate call cut off. Checked the number that he called from. Local? Oh, then why are you calling me on behalf of an organisation that's apparently based in a town 200 miles away? Pure spam. They've called me before. Same patter. Same result. That's another of the numbers that they use added to my blacklist.
