Silent call, Missed call, SCAM, Fraud, SPAM, Call center. This number has called me daily for 3 days now, but when answered, no-one talks and within 5 seconds, they hang up. After searching online, others have suggested it's Domestic and General, which I do have cover with for appliances, therefore would expect them to talk. This number called me at 7:36 am on a Monday morning! I'm a retired person so I don't get up before the sun and at 7:36 am the sun is still in bed in Greater Manchester. I did jump out of bed but didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. Apparently the call originated in Thanet which Google tells me is in Kent. As I know of no reason why someone from Thanet (which I'd never even heard of) should phone me at an ungodly time of day I can only assume this was a scam call.
Why this person called my WhatsApp I have no idea.

I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.
Received a text message from this number just saying "hi", but this was after I also received a scame texting message from another number saying "Hey mum, using friends phone cos my screen broke. can u msg my temp number on whats app 07379573194 x" so I think the scams are related or connected

SPAM Caller will ring your phone and then hang up upon hearing your voice but if you try to call the number back it is not recognised and an automated voice will say 'check the number and dial again', even though it just called you, my advice is not to answer and block instantly.
