I sent my watch for repair. They rang me but I was driving. They left a message to that the watch was ready to be returned. I rang them to give card details. I had no idea I was being charged at 50p a minute. Just be aware of this and answer the call or let them call back.
I pressed red to stop it ringing. I rang straight back. Not giving the option again. I didn’t answer. Then blocked it after it finished ringing. No idea why I would get a call from London.

I was called by these people and sold a policy to cover my Hotpoint appliances for 12 months. The person seamed to know about my Hotpoint purchases and gave the impression that hes was actually from Hotpoint. I took out the cover and cancelled an existing cover with Legal and General. When I wanted a repair doing and contacted Hotpoint they arranged the repair and then told me I had no cover in place and billed me.
