This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry. The last time I enquired anywhere about windows was over 19 years ago, and definitely not a company called Smiths! - I thought we had a Data Protection Act!.
