Been called a couple of times from this number claiming I have money owed to me from a third party in my last crash. There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.

This number called once in afternoon and once in evening approx 7.15 I answered the evening one and it was a loud screeching noise like a fax machine

Persistent calls to my mobile which I am not answering as i am currently not in UK. This company are ignoring the fact that my mobile is registered with Telephone preference service to avoid marketing calls.

No answer and leaves no messages
