this caller is an automated scam do not reply or press i they are threatening to come an arrest you very soon . this is the second time I have had this call in a matter of 6 days previous was from Liverpool 01510852489

SCAM Has tried several times to tell me that I have no loft insulation-when asked does he know who he is calling and where and how does he know, he prattles on for 30 seconds and then must realise that he is getting nowhere. I googled hp printer support and got through printerassistant.co.uk. The representative said I would have to pay £2.00 for a printer driver and than they took control over my computer. They charged 100's of pounds from my account. Nasty, Scammers. BE ALERT!
