SCAM: Fifth identical call today, once an hour, from different phone numbers (probably all spoofed) Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept, who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.

This company keeps calling my 18 year daughter telling her that they have a letter from the government informing them that she is in debt! Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting. These nuisance callers need to be stopped. Impressionable youngsters could land themselves in a whole heap of trouble if they listened to the rubbish this company sprouts.
