Recorded message re energy tariffs "am I on the right tariff" Hung up before it went further. I am registered with TPS so I should not be getting these calls!

Caller claimed to be from SKY and asked about our internet connectio.

I received a call from this number at 16:55 to tell me that the government owed me over ?4k I gave no bank details and when I asked what company they were calling from I was told it was a dept of the UK Government. I was also given ref no.RB51. I was told to call back in 5 mins to speak to a manager who would explain further and send me my cheque. If it was the UK Government surely they would write to people!!!

Claimed to be dept of work and pensions. Rude when asked not to call back.

It's BT genuine number

The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.

Phone company in Peterborough

Called about 10 times in 2 days eventually answered. They are claiming to be ee asking me to change my contract to them i said im already on ee they hung up. Blocked!
