Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).

Although the number is a London number it would appear it is redirected from a foreign country as the language was not great and any question I asked was answered with a repeated line stating the deal they were offering and not actually answering my question. Caller claimed to be from Microsoft, and there was a problem with my computer. I hung up after a couple of minutes, caller did not call back. The caller new my name and address.
No answer, called once and did not speak from an area not known to me
TAXES / HMRC Past Due Credit Solution, a HMRC debt collector. The call is legit but be prepared to have them not listen to you and keep calling days later about the same things.
