Kirsty , an automated survey, called Oct 9th 2014. I am ex-directory and registered with TPS. I am also disabled and find phone calls very stressful. Due to my disability, I need my phone line available at all times but this call blocked my access to my own phone line! I hung up and then went to make another call-- kirsty and her survey on energy supply was still prattling on! Hung up again but again, the call was still blocking my line when I tried to call out. Disgusting!

Had two calls from this number today and they asked for one of the directors by name. I spoke to this director and he said to take a message. The guy from this company (Alan from the Surveyors Office)said that he would try later. I said he would be better leaving a message as I didn t think the call was for this particular person. Some random agency contacted me from this number. They started the call with the usual "Good afternoon, I m xxxx is that surname". I sent them away with a flea in their ear as they didn t understand how impolite it is to call someone by their surname only (not even a Mr). If they can t get my name correct then how can I trust them to get me some business and/or pay invoices etc.
