I was called from this number, claiming there is something wrong with my internet connection and saying that if I didn't answer his questions he would cut me off from BT who he said is providing my access. Very insistent, wouldn't give me details how he came to have my number but didn't know my name! Yes, ridiculous but maybe someone else would believe him. It sounded like a call centre in the background, definitely fraudulent.

Asked to speak to person dealing with BT accounts. Would not send details by email, said it had to be done over the phone for call monitoring purposes. When quizzed, he said he did not work for BT but One Com who deal with Open Reach customers. Sounds like a marketing call to me so won't be getting a call back

Very annoying! they call me every days even when I have told already that I didnt suffer any accident and ask them to remove my number from the list. I block the caller not sure if that will works but this is absolutely an harassing caller.
