A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Seems to be a legal claims helpline that tries to optimise their call statistics bacause they don t bother talking to you. Even if you call them back, they will hang up on you.
