I received a voicemail from this number today. It went on for at least several minutes (I hung up in the end) and it was just an assortment of inaudible strange noises. Very weird.

I called them they said they will need to take me through the process of cancellation which involved me being on the computer to fill in the cancellation form. However when I started the process I immediately suspected it was scam and called them out for being scammer. Called me twice stating he was from Microsoft and stated our computer was being hacked. on the second call he shouted, "Have I tried to sell you something... NO!!!!! Have I asked you for your bank account or for money... NO!!" I was very angry and gave him some nice new words to look up. There is no way he was a specialist from Microsoft!

SCAM Got a call just now from 020 8089 6127 by a South African sounding woman, saying she was from a company called Teabag, and she went on the say I understand you have defrauded out of money on-line and want to get it back. When I asked how she got my name and phone number she hung up.
Automated call. I didn’t speak on picking up My mobile, as I don’t know anyone in London. After about 3 seconds the phone hung up. No voices heard on their end, it just rang off. I’m having these hang ups 1–2 week. I don’t know why, I’ve Not had an accident or made any claims?

its a scam even if it is 118 because they sell your data at no gain to you. If its unsolicited hang up because I have never seen any unsolicited call from an unknown person being to your benefit - normally its quite the opposite.

this phone number is for a recruitment company in London called 'Noir'.
SCAM told me they were fr.a financial well-being company then proceeded to ask my details like.nwme etc. If legit they'd already know that. Also using the same number but 22 instead of 20 at the end.

01794399253 called my landline on Thursday 13 July and a recorded message advised me that money had been transferred from my account and to key 1 to sort it. 01794 is a Romsey UK number as is my number so I assumed it was local. I did not continue with the call. It was the same as other messages that I have received recently mentioned Amazon. How do scammers phone from local numbers?
I suspect this phone number has been cloned and, given the caller's accent and the quality of the line, is being used by a call centre from abroad. Almost definitely a scam.
Bank Scam: Call to my landline - a recording of a female robotic voice with an American accent told me that 2 transactions has been made on my card that were potentially fraudulent. The recording went on to tell me the transaction details and told me to press 1 to authorise them or press 2 to speak to someone

Called from "my bank security" telling me that my card (no ref to debit or credit )had been used for £300 to Amazon and over £1000 to an international transaction. Usual press 1, 2 etc. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a premium call no. and you will be charged upwards of £20 just for dialling and then a high charge per second. DO NOT ANSWER OR HANG UP.
This mobile called my elderly mother telling her that £4,000 and then £2,000 had gone out of her bank acount. Thankfully my mother realised it was a scam because she does not have a large amount of money in her bank account and immediately put the phone down on the caller.
