This is a scam automated call with a false notification of fraudulent use being made of Amazon account.
I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, just look them up like this and see the comments after. Save yourself getting wound up by these idiots. I once had a phonecall from these "We've heard you've recently been in an accident" so I said yeah I was parachuting and as I was coming in to land I went through the windscreen of a lorry. Some indian guy claiming to be from a quality center clqiming that I had registered at some trading platform. I was absolutely sure I hadn't registered on the site by mistake as all my information was there. Funny enough he could not give me the date of my supposed registration! LoL When he noticed he did not get anywhere with me, he abruptly hung up. Quite a rude chap if he really intended quality and customer satisfaction. My guess: part of the ongoing scams on Internet

I received a recorded message telling me that an attempt had been made to use my credit card for the sum of £900 and that if it wasn’t me I was to press option 1 (there were no other options) when I called the number back I was told by recorded message that the phone was switched off.

the person claims to be from British Gas or another energy provider saying his name is either Peter or Jay he is pushy and aggressice keeps calling demanding to speak to a manager when you refuse he keeps calling and is rude and wont take no for answer especially when you state you dont wnat his business now blocked numbers from his mobile and this number, avoid at all costs as he will keep calling i had 25 calls in less than 4 minutes, after telling him i am going with another energy provider!
I get repeated calls from this number, which I don't answer. I do not know who the caller is. They always leave a blank voice message of a few seconds with no one speaking. I assume it is a telemarketer given the number of calls, and short messages with no voice.,

Amazon prime auto message 100% Scam
phone call from 01270 102970 to home landline at 1645pm 12/01/2023. Caller had foreign accent . Caller said he was from Sky Assurance as our insurance on our TV is about to expire and offered me various deals at various costs to renew. I have never heard of Sky Assurance, and we do NOT currently have any insurance policy covering our TV. When I asked the caller where he was based , he hung up!
