Then said they had a report from the Road Traffic Management Department that some one at that post code had had a minor traffic accident. When told they were mistaken said goodbye and hung up. Reported on other sites, trying to sell and get you to pay for an expired service, which you probably didn t have. Asked for individual by name, and rudely hung up when asked for theirs. Avoid talking to them

Have been trying this number for two days and there is no response whatsoever. It seems impossible to speak to a person at Hermes...I’ve done the live chat, the question response on their website but nothing. My parcel arrived at the depot and hasn’t been heard of since.

Called by this number out of the blue. Didn't answer, probably spam or marketing.

Been rang by this number several times this week, but they would not leave a message on my answer machine. They rang at 3pm today, so i answered the call. Was told they were Consumer helpline, and i was owed an over payment on a loan in 2011. Never had a loan. so they were phishing. Was told they had been given the wrong information. Don t know how they got my number as Ex-directory.

Caller claimed to be conducting a survey on behalf of Wealden District Council. Declined to take part.

Got a text about the free lines then a phone call very pushy woman I told her I wasn t interested but she kept pushing for me to sign up I ending up having to hang up. I didn t trust it !!!!!
