Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! SCAM Automated message allegedly from "Bank Authorisation Department" re two claimed charges on my Mastercard account of £300 via Amazon AND £1100 from a "gambling site in California", invitation to press 1 to take some action over the charge and press 2 to speak to someone. Too stupid to expect me to deal with two separate transactions in one button press, ALSO I had had another automated call, not sure who they said was calling, but it was from a Dutch number 0031203692139 five minutes
Caller claimed to be from EE customer service, told me I have a good credit rating and I was inline for an upgrade, I informed her I was not an EE customer so then she said I must be an O2 customer, I told her I wasnt and she then droppped the carrier on me as I was suspicious.
