Claimed to be working in conjunction with my security company, then it became apparent that they only wanted to sell me their products. How can you trust a security company that tells untruths ?

Despite informing Vanquis that my financial affairs are being dealt with by a third party I continue to be harassed! I have come to the point of blocking any numbers I do not know. Interest on account has risen drastically and I no longer care, they can pee off. I was more than willing to come to an agreement but they are cowboys that think they can bully you into paying despite explaining circumstances have changed.

Called mobile 5 times in one day. Did not answer it's a Manchester number.

Caller with Indian accent that was difficult to understand asking if daughter had been involved in an accident. Explained we were with telephone preference service and asked for their number. Number given was( 0151) 3249961 but last number redial showed it was (0151) 3204455. As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!
