PPI call. All I had to do was fill in a simple form they would send me. looks like a Plymouth number but in the past when I have commented about the fact they are in Plymouth on other telemarketing calls they have said they weren't. Didn't want to spend the time asking, although having wasted my time I should be able to waste theirs.

i had an accident 6mths ago, this is one of many numbers that is trying to get me to make a claim. ambulance chasers. blocked

Call centre ..blocked this number .this is number 103 in my phone that I have blocked. What do we have to do to stop these people? Can we start a union/gang/and go and sort these call centres out.

automated call

I had a call from this number claiming to be from the Awareness Centre in Colchester wanting to make an appointment to come and do a free service check on my solar panels. Told him I'd never heard of them and he hung up.

Sends phishing text messages saying your Halifax bank account is compromised and to log into a fake website to secure it

Called with message about unauthorized payment from my debit card, if it wasn't you press 1. I did out of interest. Spoke with a man with Indian accent. He knew my name and surname which is highly unnerving. He said a payment of £900 and something pounds had been taken from my debit card. I replied "oh no, it wasn't me, can you help me?". He said yes, he needed some information. I asked which bank debit card? He said Amazon then hung up. Seriously!

So this is an Automated Scam call for HMRC. Silence for the first 3 seconds, then Blah Blah,.... National Insurance number being stopped. Very poor description for a Phishing call. Best to add to the blocked call list.

further to the call received this afternoon, the same person has just rung back with a string of abuse about my character etc. They claimed to be from Swinton Insurance legal team, even giving their name as Nathan. They explained the car driver who crash

Silent call. As soon as my voicemail kicked in they rang off. Why ring me if they are not going to leave a message

SCAM Financial investment company that they claim I had asked to be contacted by. However they do not know my actual given name nor do they know my full name. I asked if instead of using the random name I publicly go by if they could confirm my full name and other details but could not. I’ve had several of these “investment companies” calling and fishing for details recently. All have the same “spiel” and follow the same script to their calls, with only the company name having any variations.

Capquest extortion racket. Total **** debt collection company. They lie, threaten and try to steal from unsuspecting victims. How this is legal is beyond me!

Local energy adviser calling about loft insulation. Didn’t say who he was or the company, so undoubtedly dodgy.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware.
