SCAM Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I had received the same call minutes earlier from a number that was 2 digits different - 01279906021 Disconnected the call & reported it and the number to the ICO

SCAM My wife bought in June a canvas print via the internet from the company Simly Cavas Art (03333660185). To date the item has not arrived.The company is surpose to be in Blackpool. Landline number indicates Northern France. 4 emails unanswered and a number of phone call all met with no reply. THIS IS A SCAM AND A BOGUS COMPANY BE WARNED.

It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. A cold call. Caller said that I had a problem with my internet for 3 weeks and his engineers were fixing the problem. Caller did not use my name or the name of my internet provider. Caller did not answer any of my questions but carried on reading from his script. I am sure that this was some sort of SCAM attempt. As usual I did not give the caller any information that would identify me or any account that I may have.

Indian woman called Jessie from Housing Disrepair Association. Told me I'd been reported as having damp in the home. Asked her what country she was calling from and what location which she wouldn't answer, she then wanted to know if I was a private or social tennant. Told her I knew she was a scammer, at which point she hung up.

This is a scam. Told I owed money ($4000) form a credit card I had from 2010 to 2016. Would not give me proof of the debt. I never had a credit card during that time period. Said they are going to try to take $8400 from my bank account by serving papers to the county clerk that is in my county. I spoke to a couple of attorneys which said it sounds like a scam.
