Called the number back and it was an automated message from Crown Glazing Ltd. It said I could hit 9 to remove my from their list...so I obviously immediately hung up and blocked the number!

I have been receiving two or three voice messages every day for the last three weeks it asks me to record a personal message for voice mail. if I let the message continue it runs through several options asking me to press a number, if I don't press any there is no delete message button it just keeps repeating over again. I cannot delete the message. I have blocked the caller to no effect, the messages still come through'. This is obviously a scam of some sort.

Completely agree with the other review. There's no reason for me to be called from England. I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO CALL THIS NUMBER BACK, as the number showed as possible fraud. There have been accounts of people calling a number like this back and getting charged a lot of money.

This and another similar number called my land line and I called the one above back, as I was waiting for a call, but there was no reply Within five minutes a foreign man called back and stated I had phoned him a few minutes before. When told I was responding to a call from him, he insisted I had called him an hour ago (impossible as no one was home), and his attitude changed to verging on verbally aggressive. I hung up. Received an automated call from this number today on my landline, saying there were 2 suspicious transactions on my card one on Amazon, and the other for a International Money Transfer. Press 1 to accept, or 2 to Talk. Suspect call, as mentioned no customer name or bank name, and usually the landline is not used for any such services. Nevertheless checked with Banks. No such information being processed.

SCAM, called from a different number first saying he is calling from curry’s pc world and offering mobile phone upgrade at very cheap price. I suspected fraud, so asked for the company details so I can check and call back . Was given this number. When I called ,instead of going through switch board options, someone answered straight away saying “ curry’s mobile phone company, how can I help?” I knew straight away it was a scam, a few fraudsters working together pretending to be a company.
Txt message saying from British gas asking for meter reads. Not sure if it's a scam but safer to log onto your British gas account and submit your meter reads there. Normally companies like this would not use a mobile number and it would show as British gas and not the actual number

SCAM called from this number telling me that someone was trying to use my visa card online for a charge of £900 and asking me to press 1 to call them and confirm it wasn't me. Didn't call them but rang visa and they confirmed it was a scam. I think if you hit one they ring you back and scam you for your details then rip you off !
