I have caller ID. The number 00349441210763 was shown which immediately changed to 01213140763, so I suspect the number was spoofed. The first number was probably spoofed also, as I have international calls barred. The caller had a thick foreign accent and I did not understand everything that was said. I was asked to confirm that I had a Pay-as-you-go SIM from a particular network (note the call was to my land line). I am wary of giving details to an unexpected caller. Crystal windows have been calling me since November 2018. I told them in November I would not buy from them. I have blocked their number. They are constantly calling me. Most recently 19th,20th and 21st March .

No one spoke and then an automated message said 'goodbye'!

I ignored the calls to my mobile thinking they would eventually stop. After 4 (FOUR) weeks of them calling between 3-5 times a day I eventually rang them on a recorded landline to tell them to stop ringing my mobile.

It s a machine that keeps calling about someone who has never lived at this address. No human contact and even going through their menu and informing them they still keep calling. Refuse to talk to a machine.
