I received a call from this number at 16:55 to tell me that the government owed me over ?4k I gave no bank details and when I asked what company they were calling from I was told it was a dept of the UK Government. I was also given ref no.RB51. I was told to call back in 5 mins to speak to a manager who would explain further and send me my cheque. If it was the UK Government surely they would write to people!!!

This number has been calling me but does not leave any message, can you please let me know who the owner of this number is?
